Dr. Adnan Abdelrazek is Director General of Jerusalem Studies and Field Research. For 18 years, he worked as an international civil servant at the Division for Palestinian Rights at the United Nations in New York. As a Palestinian academic, he has lectured at several universities, including the University of Michigan, the Hebrew University, and Bethlehem University. Dr. Abdelrazek’s Ph.D. is in the Social Sciences from the University of Michigan. Among his publications are “The Jewish Quarter in the Old City—Facts and Myths”; “The Palestinian Refugees’ Plight—Time to End the Tragedy”; “The Arab Architectural Renaissance of in the Western Part of Occupied Jerusalem”; and “Breaking the Siege of Denying Natural Growth of Palestinians in East Jerusalem.”
